Tenant Deposit Information

Tenant(s) are required to pay a deposit on their account. Deposits will be held until the tenant informs the Township that they will be moving and if the account is paid in full.  If the account is not in good standing the deposit will be applied toward the account and any outstanding balance will be the responsibility of the tenant.

The tenant(s) acknowledges that it is their responsibility to keep the water/sewer account in good standing.

Deposit payments can be made in various ways. Please review the Township website for all payment options available. Please call the Township Office for futher questions or inquiries. 705-778-2308
